Tim HaywardBorn in 1952, Tim grew up in the Somerset countryside and has been fascinated by nature, especially birds, for as long as he can remember. He now lives in Devon with his family. Tim is one of the country's most outstanding wildlife artists. Having developed that strong interest in wildlife and the landscape during his childhood he went on to study art and design in Taunton. For the next twenty-five years Tim worked as an illustrator, being commissioned by a long list of national and international publishers and museums. In 2000 he turned to painting as his full-time career and now concentrates on painting for exhibition and commission. He has so far held four successful one-man shows at Jonathan Cooper’s Park Walk Gallery, Chelsea, London, and is currently working towards the next. Tim’s original paintings are widely collected and sell from £3,000 to £15,000. To view a more detailed image of a print click the image to enlarge |
