These Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which are made between you and us .By placing an order, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

How to order

Using the on-line shop has been designed to be very simple. You may, at any time, change the details of your order until such time as you are requested to enter your credit card details.

Your order (including your credit or debit card details) will be sent to us online via a secure server. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, because we have no prints left of an Edition run), we will inform you of this within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Payment

Payment can only be made in Sterling (£), we do not accept payment in any other currency.

Accepted payment methods are listed on the home page of the shop.

Delivery times

Please allow 21 days for delivery from receipt of your order. If stocks are limited we will contact you regarding any delay.

Delivery to Mainland UK £9.95. Delivery to Europe (outside of UK) charged at £30.00. Outside of Europe charged at £60.00. (These prices do not apply if you have chosen the framing service – a separate quotation for delivery will be provided).

Refunds

We guarantee that the goods we offer conform to their description and we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If we fail, in any way, please return your purchase within 14 days in the original packaging and we will exchange or refund your money - without question and with the least possible delay. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Every effort is made to pack our prints safely; if damage or any other discrepancy occurs in transit please notify us within seven days or we will not be able to accept claims.

We cannot insure frames that contain glass. If you chose the framing option any damage to the frame or glass occurring during transit is not covered and a refund cannot be given (all frames are delivered at the purchaser’s risk).

Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. If any disputes arise, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
